Looking For A Flat In October

Hi, I'm Joe from Shanghai, China. I am a property manager based in Hackney. I am 26 years old and have been in the UK for 7 years. I studied at University of Edinburgh and the University of Central Lancashire so if anyone is from Preston/Edinburgh/Manchester, we will have a lot to talk about!

I am looking for a single or double room, around £500-£750 plus bills for myself. I’m planning to move around the end of March

I’m pretty into gaming. I play lots of sandbox creative game and strategy game, such as minecraft, Europa Universalis, and Civilization 6. Recently been trying to pick up Siege again so if anyone else also play siege let me know!

I don’t smoke nor do I own any pets. I do cook a lot so be ready for big dinners from me! 😋😋

I’m not particularly a sporty person but won’t say no to spike balls and frisbee! Pretty open to everything also, a drink, a movie night, or a jazz bar!

I’d say I’m quite a clean person and I always try my best to clean after myself. I don’t often host house party so don’t worry about noise from me!
