Woolwich Arsenal Riverside - flatmate wanted

Hi.. Am after a serene, chilled, mature flatmate to join me in securing a 2-bed/bath Woolwich Arsenal riverside apartment flatshare, in upcoming couple of months.

Have lived around here since 2015 and love the area/wish to remain until I buy, so wouldn't consider elsewhere, though am happy to 'tour-guide' anyone moving to or interested in the area from oustide of London/abroad.

I manage in secondary education, rarely have guests over and prefer a peaceful, calm environment to live in. If socialising, I tend to do this, out, as preferring to keep home, 'home', so someone similar, would be great.

My only real requisite is sharing with someone sincere, who agrees to no outdoor shoe-wearing indoors, but am happy to split cost on a cleaner, if of interest, and to share with smokers, with agreement that this is solely outdoors/at balcony.

Am generally pretty easy &interests listed are genuine, so where any of these are shared/might dovetail, great.
Am also bona fide coffee-addict &do occasionally smoke myself (I work with teenagers..🤷🏽‍♂️).
