It would be great to buddy-up with some like-minded others, also into wellness, holistic and alternative living, and focused on their personal development and growth.
It would also be a bonus if there is space to do yoga/exercise, meditate and make art, as well as work on a laptop/co-working.
I like to relax when I am at home, keep things tidy and have my own quiet time, it would be great to live with similar people who would be up for socialising sometimes too.
