Seeking nice flat & nice people.

Hi all,

Looking for something comfortable, affordable and has a nice living environment between house mates. This matters to me a lot as i have had a few difficult experiences in the past and would like to settle peacefully for a while : )

I'm down to earth, friendly, like sharing a tea and a blether but also to chill alone when needed. From Scotland.

I work for a Cafe run through a mental health charity at the moment. I also love the outdoors & am generally quite active in my interests.

I clean up after myself, and am open to an agreed cleaning rota if that makes things more harmonious, but if you are someone who is super particular about these things we might not be the best fit for each other.
I am a bit more relaxed about this topic, although i would still expect basic cleanliness around the home.

Most likely looking to move from end sept onwards, also something with low/no deposit is helpful, or spread payments.

Very familiar with the leith area so would be happy there - however open and would be bonus to be around nature spaces if out the way a bit.
