Flatshare wanted - nice development

Hey,

I’m a single, 29-year-old professional working as a consultant in L&D, talent, and behavioural sciences.

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely flat with. I’ve been based in Canary Wharf but I’m open to moving further west or further out of London as long as there are great transport links into central London (especially if it means more affordable rent/bills).

I’m really looking for somewhere I can call home. I work remotely at home, with at most one day a week in the office (and that’s unlikely to change). I’m very happy to work from my room if needed.

During the week I’m usually busy and tend to keep myself to myself, but I’d love to live with someone who’s open to the occasional cute dinner night, a glass of wine in the evening, or chilled weekends together. My schedule is typical 9-5 (more like 8-7 some days) so a similar schedule would be ideal but this isn’t a deal breaker as long as we’re respectful and considerate of each other.

I enjoy going out for meals, shows, cocktails and equally love a cosy night in. I’m a massive foodie so always down to try out a new place .

Cleanliness is a big one for me - I like a tidy, well looked after home. And respect for each others belongings (I won’t steal your food or damage your things and will expect the same in return). So if a dirty kitchen, food left on the floor or sofa doesn’t bother you, we probably wouldn’t be the best match.

I’m flexible on budget, ideally with the option to save a bit, but I’m still happy to pay more for a genuinely nice home and good fit. I’d be looking for an en-suite or two bed two bathrooms preferably with parking options.
