Room Wanted for 28 year old professional

Hi! I’m looking for housing close to the city centre now that I have completed my masters degree and moved on into professional work. (September 2022 onwards) I don’t mind living in a larger mixed household of both professionals and/or students, but am very easy going and can adapt anywhere! En suite bathroom preferable but not necessary - also would prefer all bills included in rent.
A bit about me - I love cooking and baking and will be spending a lot of time studying but like the occasional night out! I’m neat and tidy, into yoga and fitness, don’t mind a single bed, and looking forward to meeting my new housemates. :)
