Looking for a new home

Starting a new job in December and therefore moving back to Brighton after being away for a year. Lived there for 7 years previously.

Looking to move Dec/Jan

I’m looking for a home rather than just a room, shared living space is a must for me and love some outside space whether that’s a balcony, terrace or garden.

Would love somewhere we can have a drink, play some board games or share a meal together but still respectful of each other’s own space. Somewhere sociable but not a party house. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful and appreciate the same in housemates

I will be working from the office 5 days a week.

I like to run, walk and spend a lot of time in the summer on the South Downs but generally just enjoy being outdoors. I spend time with friends and family going for drinks or food.

I also enjoy reading, watching TV and having some chill time to recharge.
