Looking for a buddy up around dorking area.

I’m looking for a buddy up . I’m a clean and tidy person and respectful of others who I live with. I’m a full time working professional as a team lead for Tesco. I either start at 5:30am or finish at 11pm. I have privately rented for a year and a half and have rented on occasions before that, I know how it all works I. e council tax, passing referencing, utility bills etc. Would ideally looking for 2 bedroom with one other person.
