Italian guy looking for a place to call home

Hi everyone,
I am an 30 year old Italian guy looking for a place to live. I am looking to move by the end of August/beginning of September (current contract expires 3rd September).
My budget ideally is around £1000 pcm ideally but can put more for the right place.
I work most days in an office located in the city, with possibility of WFH 1/2 days per week. So any area with a good commuting time is fine for me (nearest tube stations: cannon street/mansion house) even though I prefer to cycle everywhere, especially if the distance is short (will look where to lock/store the bike).
I've been living in London for almost 5 years London and chose it primarily for my professional career but also to experience and live the queer scene as a gay men. This is why it is important for me to find a lgbt friendly flat to live in with a good environment and friendly people.
I would love to stay in a decently spacious room with some green in the proximity, whether is an inner garden or a park nearby the flat. I’d love to stay in a social house share where we could spend some time all together and do fun activities, like cooking and watching drag race. A must-have feature of the flat is an equipped kitchen because I love to cook and you will be more than welcome to taste anything I prepare. Indeed, from me, you probably can expect banana bread almost every week, and occasionally some jars of homemade tomato sauce for pasta.
In my free time, in the weekdays I then to go for running and do gym classes and during weekends I usually tend to go out and do something with friends but sometimes enjoy to stay home to have some relaxing self-care time.
Personality-wise I am friendly and polite, very much extrovert. I would say I'm a fairly clean person. I don't like to argue and prefer to talk through any issues regarding the house. Good communication is key to living well with other people.
