Professional female looking to rent room

I recently put an ad up, but I’m just redoing it as September has been very busy, so I’m looking to move a tad later. However, I am now actively looking and hoping to have found something within the next month or so.

Looking for a room/flat to rent in Leeds and will also consider surrounding areas to the north-east of Leeds; however, it must have reliable parking, please.

My budget is up to £ 500 per month (including bills).

I'm a 26-year-old professional moving to the area for work at the University of Leeds.

I'm clean and tidy, easygoing, and sociable. Happy to live with pets. I will need to work from home part of the week. I would potentially consider a 5-day rental agreement, but a full-time rental agreement or 5 days with some flexibility to stay on weekends would be preferred.

I don’t have a hard deadline for moving as I have family I can stay with, but I am now actively looking and can move from the end of October.
