Professional female looking to rent room

I'm looking for a room/flat to rent around the Leeds and will also consider surrounding areas to the North East of Leeds, however must have reliable parking please.

My budget is ideally below 450pm (including bills)

I'm a 26-year-old professional moving to the area for work at the University of Leeds.

I'm clean and tidy, easygoing and sociable. Happy to live with pets. Will need to work from home part of the week, but will likely spend at least a night or two away each week. I would potentially consider 5 day rental agreement.

I don’t have a hard deadline for moving as have family i can stay with but I am beginning to start looking and can move from the beginning of October.
