Professional looking for a room or to buddy up

Hi there!

I’m Rocío (31) and I work near Liverpool St. My weekdays are quite busy and I often work late, so I’m not home a lot during the week, which is why living close to work is a big priority for me. On weekends, I love relaxing at home, cooking, watching TV, going to a Pilates class, or heading out with friends.

I’m looking for a cozy home, not just a place to sleep. I value a relaxed and clean environment, but I’m also happy for us to have friends over for dinner or drinks occasionally. I’m definitely not looking for a place where we have to feel like we're tip-toeing around, though obviously always being mindful and respectful of everyone else in the house! For me, it’s all about finding that nice balance.

I’d ideally like to share with other professional women around my age, but I’m open to other options if the vibe is right. I'm also open to buddying up with a couple of girls in a similar situation! :)

Budget:
£800 - £1200 roughly (depending on the area and flat condition).

Areas:
Ideally within walking distance to Liverpool St (~30 min), like Shoreditch, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green, Mile End, Aldgate… but I'm open to being a bit further out for the right place.
