I’m looking for a living bedroom space where I’m not above or below other tenants, as sound pollution really bothers me.

I’m Nicholas, a single working gent looking for a very big / spacious double room in a property with secure indoors space on the ground floor for my compact but heavy compact e-bicycle.

En-suite would be preferred but not essential. Long as things work reliably, don’t care if it’s not ultra modern and shiny and new.

Love WiFi to be at least 1gb.
