Find a safe and quiet double room in South

Hello,

My name is Freya. I’m a Chinese artist based in London, and I completed my MA at the Royal College of Art. I’ve been living in London for four years and I hold a Global Talent Visa. I work with galleries and art platforms, exhibiting and selling my paintings to private institutions and collectors in London, Europe, and Asia, and I'm having several exciting projects coming up this year.

I’m currently in China for a short holiday, and when I return to London I will be moving into a new place directly on the evening of 17th MARCH. I hope this timing is convenient.

I’m hoping to find a home with 2–3 female flatmates prefferably, where everyone respects each other’s privacy and also cares about keeping a safe, peaceful, and friendly atmosphere. I’m not a party person—though I do enjoy a quiet glass of wine sometimes—so I’m really looking for a calm, NON PARTY household, ideally in a safe quiet neighborhood.

My ideal location would be:

Within 15–20 minutes’ walk or 10 minutes by bus to Oval (where my studio is), or-

Along the Northern Line with a commute of around 30 minutes and easy access to central London.

My budget is up to £850 per month, all bills included (council tax, electricity, heating, water, gas, and Wi-Fi).

I’d love to stay long term—one year or more.

A little about me: I enjoy hiking in nature every one or two weeks, visiting exhibitions, and exploring interesting shows and events around London, which I find very inspiring for my art practice.

As I’m not in London at the moment, I’m very happy to do an online viewing. I can also ask my friend to attend a viewing in person if needed.
