Find a safe and quiet double room around Oval

Hello,

My name is Freya. I’m a Chinese artist based in London. I graduated from the Royal College of Art, and have been living in London for four years. And currently hold a Global Talent Visa. I work with galleries and art platforms, exhibiting and selling my paintings to private institutions and collectors in London, Europe, and Asia, and I'm having several exciting projects coming up this year.

I’m hoping to find a home with 3-4 female flatmates preferably, where everyone respects each other’s privacy and also cares about keeping a safe, peaceful, and friendly atmosphere. I’m not a party person—though I do enjoy a quiet glass of wine sometimes—so I’m really looking for a calm, NON PARTY household, ideally in a safe quiet neighbourhood.

My ideal location would be:

Within 15–30 minutes’ walk or 20 minutes by bus to Oval (where my studio is).

Hopefully the room could be a large double room. My budget is ideally £850 per month，up to 950, all bills included (council tax, electricity, heating, water, gas, and Wi-Fi).

I hope I could move in around early May, like 9th. May.
I’d love to stay long term—one year or more.

A little about me: I enjoy hiking in nature every one or two weeks, visiting exhibitions, and exploring interesting shows and events around London, which I find very inspiring for my art practice.

It’d be great to do the viewings in person.
