Looking for flatmate/buddy-up in Manchester Centre

I am a 29-year old young professional looking for either a double room in or to buddy up for a flat (fully furnished if possible) in central Manchester (e. g. New Islington, Castlefield, Northern Quarter, the Salford side of the city centre). My budget is around £900pcm including bills and I would realistically be looking to move in from around February (although I am flexible with respect to this and can do later).

I work as a trainee solicitor in Spinningfields from Monday to Friday with a mix of office and home working (likely to be mostly office once in city centre however) normally from around 9am-6pm.

I am clean, tidy and chilled. I also have extensive prior experience in shared living situations so am very considerate and respectful of fellow flatmates and pull my weight in keeping accommodation tidy, comfortable and homely.

I am very social, outgoing and easy to get along with but love balancing this with my own space and alone time so would love a flat mate who would enjoy socialising together and would like to be friends, not just passing ships in the night, but also appreciates down time as well. I tend to spend my weekends seeing friends either for nights out, dinners or hikes or visiting friends in other parts of the country, and during the week spend my weeknights with a mix of chilled evenings, dinners or casual drinks (looking to incorporate more gym / sports going forward).

I love travelling (recently came back from a year away and will be on holidays of varying lengths at numerous points over the coming year), hiking (have done hikes all over the world and love getting out to the peaks, wales, Lake District), live music, festivals, dining out, enjoying nights out with friends around Manchester (northern quarter, ancoates, gay village, didsbury) and elsewhere, film and am also looking to engage more in gym-related / sporty activities in the coming year.

As a gay man, I am looking for an LGBT+ friendly living arrangement (preferred with someone else LGBT+ but by no means a requirement).
