I’m Shlok, an incoming postgraduate student joining the MRes Finance programme at the University of Exeter from September.
I’m a responsible, clean, and friendly tenant currently working full-time in customer service in the UK. I hold a First Class degree in Accounting and Finance and will be moving to Exeter to focus on my studies and research.
I’m looking for a furnished room in a shared house, preferably within reasonable distance of the Streatham Campus. My budget is around £500 per month, including bills if possible.
I’m respectful of shared spaces, non-smoking, and easy to live with. I enjoy keeping a tidy environment and am looking for a peaceful and friendly household with fellow students or professionals.
