~30/f professional ISO unfurnished room

Hi! my name's Isa, I'm a ~30/f working professional looking for a comfy, relaxed, and clean environment to make into a home🌈. I'm originally from Hong Kong🇭🇰 (but have British nationality, which saves a bit of hassle with tenancy approval via agencies). I'd prefer an unfurnished single/double room in a property with a washing machine and kitchen stove. my budget is around £700 with some flexibility for the right place and people!

I'm flexible on date and location, aiming to move by the end of March but happy to move earlier for the right spot, ideally with a long term contract.
I'd like to know preferred flat culture etc, my lifestyle is generally pretty quiet, and I'm friendly and sociable but always respectful of others' privacy and space. I'm queer and hope to find a welcoming LGBTQIA+ / PoC household🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🇵🇸 I'm also comfortable sharing space with pets.

I've been living in shared homes since 2018 and have always been conscientious about pulling my weight with cleaning and general household maintenance and expenses but consider myself pretty easygoing. I'd like a friendly and comfortable space to hang out, relax, and cook. Outside work I enjoy music, cinema, reading, cycling, theatre/dance/art and going out for food and gigs! I come with a projector for cosy film nights, some optional furniture, and own a bicycle, so it would be great if safe cycle parking is available nearby or the place is bicycle accessible (happy to store in my room).
