Friendly Canadian needs new home

Me:
I’m a friendly and tidy Canadian, here on a working holiday visa. Fully vaxed.
I currently work for the NHS doing admin, and I’m approved to work remotely, so I can live virtually anywhere with WiFi/cell data. I mostly enjoy quiet pastimes and rarely do wild nights out. Very low-maintenance, I have no interest in monopolising the bathroom for hours. I enjoy a nice gin or whisky on occasion but I’m far from an expert or snob.
I always respect others property but I also have a restrictive diet (I can bore you later about it if you care) so you can rest easy knowing your dairy, bread, crisps, carbs, sweeties and basically EVERYTHING are 100% safe from me.
I grew up on a ranch so I’m a creative problem-solver and very hands on for any projects or issues (yup- I can snake the drain. Yes I can remove insects from the flat without screaming in terror). Anything else- just ask!

You:
Tidy, friendly (civil- you don’t intentionally plan your day around avoiding bumping into each other in communal spaces), respectful and generally quiet (the odd evening with friends over or music while cooking, etc is not a problem) IF YOU SMOKE- you don’t do it IN the flat.

I would like to get along with my roommate(s) and have the occasional drink/ chill out together, but happy for everyone to respect each other’s space and privacy. I’m not about the drama- please, please no drama!
