Looking for January accommodation.

Hi i am an 21 year old student at brighton univerity,
Currently restarting 2nd year, but need accommodation in Brighton from January for the second semester.

Looking for a place to stay and hopefully like to move around mid January. I would preferably like to move out around mid June (so around a 6/7 month tenancy)

I am ready to put down the money to reserve a place for January early but also don’t mind waiting until closer to the date for better options.

I’m very chill and very clean.

I’m not too fussy about requirements for where I want to live besides location, I would personally prefer a location near the main strip from old stein to moulsecoomb just so that getting to uni isn’t a challenge and so that I don’t live on a steep hill.
