Easy going male looking for room of flat share

I’m lee a 50 year old carpenter looking for somewhere to live while my house sells I’m a non smoker and in full time secure work I’m responsible and respectful and being ex forces are clean and tidy if I’m not what your looking for then that’s ok and good luck finding someone suitable no problem if you have pets as I love animals and would probably spoil your pet. Would be great to find a nice lady to share meals and laughs with and nights out/in. And I would chip in with cleaning costs and food bills and are not a bad cook either ha ha
