I'm a graduate job seeker in the creative industry, I'm interested in finding a long-term lease (starting August 20th) in Zone 1 or 2.

I'm a 35-year-old Korean with extensive experience sharing houses in various countries. I am considerate, tidy, calm, a non-smoker, non-partying animals and paying rent on time. I love coffee, arts, and crafts and find hidden gem restaurants. My weekly routine splits job hunting between 3 days outside and 2 days focused on applications from home.

I hope to live with people who share similar values: tidy, honest, sensible, enjoy calm in the evening, mindful of noise levels that could disturb others in their rooms, and prefer a non-couple-occupied flat. Additionally, I value housemates who manage stress and pressure in healthy ways,

rather than in passive and aggressive ways by shouting, using abusive language, arguments, expressing joy loudly in the night while drunk and high or smoking drugs in the house.

I hope that mutually respectful of each other and their own time and space, while also being supportive of one another, going beyond just sharing bills.
