30-year-old finance professional, working in investment banking in London for 5+ years. I’m looking to buddy up with someone like-minded, ideally with a similar professional background and lifestyle, to find a nice 2-bed flat together.

Move-in: Ideally 25 September 2026

What I’m looking for:

2-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms
Ideally, I’d like the ensuite bedroom
Preferred areas: Farringdon, Clerkenwell, Angel and Old Street
Also open to Southwark and Waterloo
Modern, well-maintained flat in a convenient location

A little about me:
I’m easy-going, clean and respectful, and I like keeping the flat clean and tidy. I’m very happy to arrange a weekly cleaner and split the cost if that’s the easiest way to keep things in good shape.

Outside of work, I’m into a healthy lifestyle, gym and hiking. I’m also quite independent and enjoy having some quiet time to myself, so I’m looking for someone who is similarly respectful of each other’s space. At the same time, I’m always up for grabbing dinner, having a chat or doing something together from time to time.

Ideally looking for someone with a similar mindset and lifestyle, rather than just someone to split the rent with.
