Hello, my name is Jodie. I'm trans (38 MTF). Needing to move to a new place since my current contract is due to end.

I'm currently on UC. This covers all rent and bills. I Still also have more than enough savings to cover 6+ months rent, along with bills and own spending money.

Already working on a weekly cleaning schedule and I'm not a party person.

I am a Maths grad with a background in data admin and supply chain. Recently got newly qualified as a Software Tester (ISTQB) and looking to move into a new role.

Upper monthly rent limit is £900 and yearly contracts, with intend on staying long term. Looking for flat share or house share, but I am open to other arrangements.

Locations- Harrow and surrounding areas E. g. Pinner, Watford, Ruislip etc, since I have a network, but I'm open to other London areas.

Don't do drugs or smoke.
I have no pets or children.
I'm not a vegetarian.
Not a party person and I usually use my headphones.
Open to live out or live in landlord/lady.
