Looking for a double room in/near Exeter

I am looking for a double room in or around Exeter for a budget with an upper limit of 675 pcm, to include bills.

Ideally the room would have enough floor space to do yoga in, and parking nearby the property would be great too as I drive and have a car. Happy to consider buddy ups for places.

I am an easy going person who is clean, tidy, respectful and wants to live somewhere peaceful with like minded people, in a place that feels homely and not a party house. I am sociable and really enjoy connecting with others, but also really value personal space and quiet time to recharge :)
