Recently moved from Singapore. It's not my first solo-travelling rodeo but it's been a while since I last moved to another city.
Prefer to have room mates who're clean, quiet, sociable (but I respect your personal space too). Mostly working from home at the moment but it's a massive unknown in terms of the work that I will be doing (in UK or Europe). Might be travelling for work from time to time.
I'm pretty low maintenance in terms of my daily needs so don't expect me to buy tons of stuff in my room. I'll be getting a TV and a PS5 so you're free to play, just don't smash the controller!
