Friendly, considerate professional - double room

Hi, I'm Rob, a creative professional looking for a double room in a sociable, but peaceful home. Looking to move by 25th August if possible, but I can be flexible and move in a bit sooner or later.

I'm moving out of a mixed houseshare as my the live-in landlady is moving to Dubai. Pets not a problem as my current house has six cats (none of them mine).

i'm laid-back, clean, tidy and very respectful. Happy to do my own thing or socialise with housemates.

I enjoy eating out, films, football, tennis, nature, gym, personal development and a bit of travel. i'm a youthful 47, but my party house days are over and prefer a healthier, relaxed lifestyle.

I'm a freelance copywriter - wfh/hybrid - I keep it to my room and being a writer, it's very quiet work. Just a laptop.
