I'm very tidy, friendly and always respect peoples space. I also work from home 2 days per week as a Media Manager, so I'll need a home with either a dining table or desk in my room.
I have a budget of about £750 including bills and would ideally like some sort of outdoor space - but this is optional.
Central and North London is preferable, but I'm quite flexible with where I live.
