24y/o male looking for house shares!

Hi there!

I'm Nick, 24 from London originally. I'm making the big move North for a new job in my field of Engineering. It's my first proper thing out of University, so I'm very excited!

I finished up my degree last year, since then I've had a couple of small time jobs. I've also done some travel, and had a bit of a rest after a long degree. I just finished up a month-long trip in China and Vietnam. I like to solo travel, I want to get a bit more adventurous with it next year.
At home, i like to just chill out with my records and get a bit comfy. I love trips to the pub, I'm one of those IPA guys, not really nerdy about them though.
I'm pretty nerdy about tech, if you need cables or need someone to turn your computer on and off for you, I'm your guy.

Obvious stuff, I like to keep my place clean and tidy. It does help me keep on top of it to have a cleaning rota, so it would be cool if you're up for that kind of arrangement.

Other requirements house-wise, I need parking, on-street is fine. Location-wise, I'd like to be in Manchester, I've been looking at North, West and South as they're easily commutable for me. Other than that, I'm easy.

I'll be working in Warrington, commuting 2-3 times a week. WfH the other days, or most likely from a cafe (i get distracted by random stuff all the time if I work from home!).
