Looking for a flat share in Hove

So, here's my situation. I'm 30, single, social, tidy, and I can cook really well... and I need to move out of my current place by the 23rd Sept.
I'd like to find a place to stay for a while. Couple of years on a 6-monthly basis ideally. Stability is important for me right now.
I'd like to find someone to live with, whether that's moving into an existing flat share, or finding someone to look for one together. Happy to meet up, go for a drink, video call or whatever but I want to know whoever I'm going to live with isn't a nob first. Or a vegan.
I'm kidding about the vegan thing but also someone that likes to eat would be nice. I'm a huge foodie.
I'm not a football person, I'm more of a "lets go to a pub and play pool" person. If you're also a sound as heck guy (or girl? I guess?) gimme a shout and we can work something out.
