Seeking a double room in Bournemouth

I'm looking ideally for my own place or a double room in a house share for a long term rental. Happy to buddy up. Must be cat friendly as I have 2 friendly young cats. I'm clean and tidy and would like a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Im friendly and like to have a laugh, also quiet sometimes and kind of quirky. I'm nice, caring and non judgmental. Ideally need a garden. Would like to be close to the sea - withing short walking distance or quick bus or taxi. I will be studying and working mostly from home but am an outdoorsy person and like to have fun and go exploring. I'm happy to socialise and be friends but I like my own space too. I'm flexible on move-in date but ideally ASAP and can move in immediately. :)
