Professional Female seeks accommodation

I am a professional female aged 49 looking for a single or double (en-suite preferred) room sharing with others who share values of respect for others and kindness. I am not fixed as to how many others this might be.
I see my future home as a calm place to relax so a peaceful and relaxed energy vibe are important. I very rarely keep late nights and I try to keep a balance being social as well as enjoying my own space whilst at home. I rarely work from home and I often take a day or 2 off during the week so I am either at work or away during most weekends. I have varied start/end times to my work so not a 9-5 person. My interests include yoga, reading, travel, film.
Some flexibility around move date. Parking is a must. Off street preferred or I can apply for a street permit.
I do not smoke. I would expect communal areas to be clean and neat and would contribute to same.
