Looking for a bills included room until new year

Hi everyone,

My name is Airam, and I am a researcher at the University of Manchester. I am looking for accommodation for the next 5 to 6 months, as I will most likely move out of Manchester around the new year. I need to move as my current housemate is leaving the city and we need to end the current agreement.

I am currently finishing my PhD, graduating this December, while being full-time employed at the UoM. I plan on being abroad fairly often, so I would like housemates I can trust while away. Ideally, I would like to become friends with my housemates while respecting each other's personal space.

I am familiar with South Manchester in particular, but I am open to relocating elsewhere within the city. I would prefer an en-suite room in a bill-included household if possible. A desk and good internet are quite important to me, as I do not go into the office every day.

About me: I have spent my last 7 years in Manchester. I am a clean, tidy, and well-organised person. I am also friendly, and I want to have and keep a friendly and good connection with my roommates. We can potentially have some going out to a restaurant, cinema, or anything else to socialise. I will probably spend most of the time at the office or travelling. I also like cooking, doing sports, watching Netflix, etc.
