Moving to Oxford for work, want a social vibe

WHAT I NEED
I have just accepted a job in the Harwell Space Campus and I'd need to move to Oxford for work to be anywhere near it!
A room to rent in ideally New Hinksley, Iffley Road, or near the ST1 route.

I will be moving anytime from January onwards.

ABOUT ME

As I'll be fresh to the city, I ideally want a social flat with someone(s) who wants to go to gigs, go out for meals, etc. I've lived with hundreds of different people, in 5 different countries, and I have discovered I really like living with people who are relatively tidy and normal.

I currently work almost always from cute little cafes or from home, with occasional international travel, but for the first few months I'll be mostly in the office.

I love backpacking, having spend 4 months in Latin America in the last year, and 5 months in South East Asia two years before. I try to get out and about a lot. I'm in a long term relationship with my girlfriend who lives in Hamburg, so I'll be over their quite often.

I can be really social and friendly, or leave you alone. Your choice. I like houses with good vibes, plants, and pets. I know how to clean up and I am happy being veggie or eating meat in the house.

Ideally you'd like punk music and folk punk music, but I know the scene in Oxford is non existent
