Looking for a room in Central London

Hello everyone,

This is Eli. I’m a coffee importer and consultant, previously based in Hackney, and I’m now looking for a room around here or slightly further northeast, as most of my clients are located in that area.

Coming with my previous landlord's reference letter, I’m a clean, tidy, and considerate person who maintains a well-kept living environment at reasonable levels (not OCD). I’m a non-smoker, not a party person, and I value a calm, respectful home. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, regular jogs or walks in the park and quiet time at home, especially reading.

I’m ideally looking to join a household where tenants are:

Respectful and easy to communicate with
Clean and mindful of communal spaces
Non-smokers
Quite
Treat the property as their own

I don’t have OCD,(I also do not wanna move into an OCD house) but after viewing several places recently, I’ve learned to be clear about what works for me.
