Friendly couple looking for a rent in a flatshare

Hi,

We are a couple, one of us English, the other Spanish! Paul is an ecologist and works outside and I am a consultant/facilitator and work mostly from home (so ideally, having a quiet space with good broadband! :) ), but sometimes I have to travel to do facilitation with groups and things like that.

We are friendly, clean and lead a pretty healthy life! Very conscious with our consumer choices; at least we try to be! Love nature, fishing and absolutely love the sea. We used to live in Devon but we moved to Somerset over a year ago. And we both miss Devon very much!

We are looking to move over there mid January if possible, and would like to rent a double room in a shared house or a studio, with all bills included.

We have some furniture, but are happy to adapt if the room is fully furnished. In fact, that would probably be easier! Some storage space would be ideal, though!

We like pets (I don't have any, though) and like to socialise too :)

I would love to be in a house where we all work as a team (cleaning, respecting others, etc) but we are also friendly and fun.

We both own a car, so parking space would be amazing, at least for one! And if we were within walking distance of public transport and the town centre that would just be a dream come true.

Looking forward to moving back to Devon soon!
