En-suite room for 27yo single professional

Hi! I’m a 27-year-old single professional, working full-time. I have solid references from both work and previous landlords. I’m looking for a large en-suite room and I’d love to find a place where I can feel at home long-term.

I also come with two very sweet, well-behaved cats. They’re both neutered, fully house-trained, and honestly spend most of their time sleeping. My previous landlords can vouch for how little trouble they’ve been.

To give you peace of mind, I’m more than happy to:

add a couple of hundred pounds to the deposit

take the room unfurnished if you’re worried about furniture

cover the cost of a professional end-of-tenancy deep clean

I’m very respectful of other people’s space, keep things tidy, and am ready to accommodate any other reasonable requests you might have. I’m really hoping to find somewhere I can stay long-term and look after like it’s my own.

Budget: up to £1,150 all-in.
