Room Wanted Sunday to Friday

My 18 year old son has a new job starting on the 6th July initially for a 2month fixed term contract we hop will be made permanent. He is fresh from college and will be travelling down from Cheshire each week on a Sunday evening and returning either Thursday or Friday night. This means the room will be empty Friday night to Sunday evening. I will be paying the rent for him do no issues on money. Hugo is a competitive swimmer so will be out swimming/exercising most nights. He is a well mannered young man making first steps in his career and needs a place to stay.
