Room needed for Feb-Apr 2025

Hi, I’m a doctoral researcher at the University of Brighton, currently living in Lewes. I’m looking for a comfortable room to rent from February to April 2025, preferably near the university or with good transport links.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and used to sharing spaces as I’ve been in shared accommodation throughout my studies. I tend to keep a balance between work and downtime, so I’m respectful of others' routines and personal space. I enjoy cooking, and I'm always up for sharing meals or having a chat, but I also value quiet time, especially during busy research periods.

I’d love to live with someone who is friendly, respectful, and mindful of communal areas. Ideally, a fellow student or professional would be a great fit, though I’m open to others as long as we can maintain a relaxed, considerate atmosphere.
