Double room, large space. Please read description.

I looking for a double room with large space so I can put my stuff somewhere unless there’s a storage space it can go instead. I would also like an en suite, as that is my preference. I’m a clean person so I would love it if my fellow flat mates keep on top of the cleaning, I am a 26 year old student. Reserved but love meeting new people, which is why I would preferably like to work in hospitality. I believe I will find work soon, so there is that to look forward to. I would really like to find a place and move in before the end of June. I am looking for a place that will accept temporary housing benefit until I start work. I am currently on universal credit and PIP, but will go off universal credit and housing benefit when I find a stable job, then I will be able to pay the rent out of my own money and of course it will cover my living expenses. I can provide proof of the income I receive if that will help reassure you. Also I have a guarantor but it’s with an international company, for more details I can provide you with the person in charge details.
