Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 44 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/11/2021 and have a budget of £400pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 55 years old. I do have 3 cats and preferably would like them with me, I'm wanting a room for maybe a year with Bill's included to save for a house and my cats can stay where they are for that time if necessary.
