Female looking for a single or double spare room to rent for consideration . . no pets pls for health reasons.

l will always respectful of your house rules and your property, exceptionally clean person quiet and l respect the privacy of others .l enjoy a simple quiet lifestyle and l am catholic as well .
down to earth, grounded and friendly person.

I am very well behaved and l am multi tasked within my own life fully focused in simple pleasures of life but l like my own privacy. l don't seek out weekly or weekend socialising as some others do etc l like to be in bed mid evening, wake up early etc

l don't drink any alcohol, nor smoke nor do drugs at all. l also don't need to cook food very day of the week either. Just a few times a week weekdays but at weekends mostly. . l don't tend to eat much. l am very clean person also and l keep your interiors clean after usage-each time etc.

No badly stained carpet nor on the walls, bed mattress, window curtains, no bedroom wall moulds, no bed bugs, no broken window. No broken bed frame, l wont sleep on foam mattress on the floor without proper bed frame. Bedroom radiator

Clean bedroom cabinets, kitchen cupboards, toilet and bathroom, washing machine, dryer, socket units, wifi connection must be in excellent condition for the value of rent l will be paying you.

l am not in a hurry to move until l find accommodation which meets my criteria etc

There should be a key lock on front door, bedroom and bath room door, if you don't have one , please don't contact me.

l will move when l find ideal accommodation right for me, it depends what is on offer here to fit in with my time line for moving .
