30 yo Fitness Prof. Looking for a Room to rent

I am a male aged 30 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move in around Mid to end of May and have a budget of £1000pcm. I am very easy going and enjoy socialising as well as having my own space. A bit shy at first. I would like having clear communication about what's what and how we like things, so there's no misunderstandings. I'm also a very busy individual and would be working 5/6 days with different shifts from 6am to 10pm
