Hey I'm Sam, I’m 33 and I work for a marketing agency based in Soho. I’ve been based in Brixton for the past 4 years.

I'm a sociable guy looking for a houseshare with friendly, down to earth people. I enjoy an active social life, taking in everything London can offer, so it would be great to make some new friends as well as housemates, and I’m happily independent too. I love a good gig or event, exploring venues and places to go in the city, but I enjoy a chilled night in just as much as a night out. I take care of shared spaces and I'm happy to chip in with cleaning (those dreaded pots and pans that have been soaking), and I appreciate people's private lives as well as being up for a chat during the kitchen coffee run. My job allows me to work from home on certain days so I know this kind of thing needs balance.
