Looking for a quiet, reasonably modern flat

Hello! I'm looking for a flat not too far away from the city centre (~15-20 mins by bike is acceptable).

What I'm looking for, at a glance:
- ideally have at most one other flatmate;
- don't mind pets, if you have a cat that's actually a bonus to me;
- quiet environment during the week, weekends can be social or not, I don't mind;
- reasonably warm in the winter, and no mice (I have a couple of horror stories from my uni days);
- enough space in my room for a desk & chair;
- fast internet;
- extra points if it's close to the Royal Commonwealth Pool;

Some info about me:
I'm a software dev, I work from home 2-3 days per week. I'm a quiet and respectful person, and I like keeping shared spaces clean. I generally keep to myself, but don't mind socialising from time to time.

Outside work, I generally read or play video games. I'm also pretty into board games! I cycle to work, occasionally go for a swim on weekends and I'm also slowly getting back into hiking.
