March/April buddy up

Keen to buddy up and find a 2b2b in Zone 1/2. Areas in mind include The City, London Bridge, Paddington/Marylebone, Old Street, Canary Wharf, Kensington but open to suggestions. Strong preference for modern new builds or refurbished properties.

I'm a finance professional, and work long hours so would like a place that feels homely and tidy. Have a few friends in the city to socialize with, and usually workout on weekends apart from tending to life admin when I get time off work.

Ensuite preferred (but open to other room with private bathroom depending on home layout), with roomy storage and space for a workstation.
