I’m a private but busy person working part-time at a large hotel in Exeter alongside studying a Law Degree part-time. I have a car so decent parking would be helpful. Some green outdoors space nearby or a balcony would be ideal too. We have always been sensible, quiet, responsible tenants looking to find a lovely little home to settle in for a while.
