28 year old woman seeking a flatmate!

Hi! I’m Olly. I’m 28 and I’m looking for either a room in an existing flat (no more than 3 people, including myself as the new housemate) or someone to buddy up with to find a place together.

I work full-time in early years education/child mental health, so my weekdays are fairly structured, but I really value having a calm, comfortable home to come back to. I’m sociable and friendly and enjoy traveling, cooking, music, conversations, and the occasional shared wine/film night or night out. I also really respect personal space and having some time to ourselves.

I’m clean, organised, and reliable with bills and rent. Home for me is a safe, peaceful space rather than a party flat. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, emotionally considerate, and communicate openly if something needs sorting.

Ideally looking for:
• A relaxed, respectful household
• People who are kind, mature, and easy to live with
• Somewhere well connected by transport. Ideally NW/W London as I need good access to central london
• Buddy ups welcome if you’re also looking for a calm and cosy home

A bit more about me: I love cats (happy to live with pets as I have 2 of my own), enjoy creative things (I am a Fine Art Graduate), walks, restaurants, and making a place feel homely.
