Looking for clean, cute houseshare in south

Hi everybody!

I’m Cata, I’m 31, and I work as an undergraduate teacher/gym manager while studying for my PhD in geography and political economy. I’m American but have lived in the uk for about 5 years. I’ve been away in Nigeria for a bit, so I’m now looking for a new place to stay when I get back to London.

I am looking for a flatshare that prioritises a tidy and relaxed environment. Ideally anywhere in SE as long as there’s close access to a station because I commute to central. Also considering SW or Hackney/Stratford areas.

I like to keep my space superrr clean and thoughtfully decorated. Plants, nice cozy lighting, etc. I’m out of the house at uni/work most days but occasionally work from home if I have no obligations on campus.

When I am not working, I love going to the gym, dance class, concerts, and exploring the city with my friends.

I tend to enjoy alone time to recharge when at home, so I’m pretty quiet as a roommate. But very easy going and social. Would love to live with someone I click with. I can be a bit of a night owl lol, but I keep my socializing outside of the house for sure.
