Looking with dog

Hi!

I'm urgently looking to move from current property (staying with a friend) as my house purchase fell through due to seller pulling out at the last moment. I have a non-destructive, fully house trained medium sized labrador who would be coming with me and potentially happy to pay extra rent or deposit for peace of mind.

I am a full time, permanent employee within financial services and hold critical illness cover, income protection etc for further peace of mind. I have rented previously and am a good tenant. Due to working in financial services I have also been financially and police vetted and have an excellent credit record.

I work from home 3 days a week with 2 in the Bristol office so the property ideally needs to be near public transport into Bristol. I will be arranging a dog walker for the days I am in the office so he would not be left for more than a few hours by himself. He is also crate trained.

I wouldn't be looking for a large traditional shared house situation due to the dog.

I'm a quiet person (not a party goer!) who is just looking for something for up to 6 months to cover me whilst I purchase a property myself.
