Looking for a house share or buddy up :)

I’m a 25yr old female, working professional. I keep my personal space clean and tidy and have one or two house plants. I currently work shifts, from both home and in the office so I am looking for a double room where I’ll have the privacy to get on with my work. I’m looking for a flatmate who will be interested in social things like watching tv together or a pub trip. I am available to move from 01/02/2025 but could pay rent for January as well and have a budget of £750pcm - £800pcm bills included. I’m looking to make some friends as well as be flatmates.
