Looking for a Cosy Place to call home

Hi, I’m a 35-year-old queer woman looking for a place I can genuinely call home. I work centrally in hospitality admin (with the bonus of some lovely food and drink perks now and then). I’ve lived in London for almost 11 years, currently in Woolwich but looking to move East/North to be closer to friends (East London gal at heart!)

I’m looking for a calm, lived-in home with ideally 1–2 housemates. A furnished single or, ideally, double room would be great, with space for a desk or a shared workspace as I work from home 1–2 days a week. I’ve got a bike too, so secure storage is a must.

Home vibe really matters to me. I love a peaceful, clean, friendly household that feels shared rather than fully parallel - maybe cooking together sometimes, the occasional board game night (current faves: 7 Wonders, Terraforming Mars, Camel Up, Ark Nova), or just being around each other doing our own thing. I really value personal space and downtime too ✨

I enjoy cooking now and then, cosy evenings (often cross stitching for hours with a good show), and I go to dance classes and the sauna every week. I drink very little, but I do enjoy the occasional night out for a good boogie. When I’m crafting or winding down, active or passive company is always welcome.

I value honesty, accountability, and authenticity, and I’m tidy, respectful, and happy to chip in for a cleaner or follow a schedule. Ideally looking long-term, but open if it feels like a genuinely good fit. LGBTQ+ friendly is essential. Very happy to live with cats!
